The new law will gradually be phased in until all boaters of all ages have passed the boating course by 2025. You will be required to show a certificate that you have completed the course.
Work to replace the culvert under St. Rt. 30 connecting Follensby Clear Pond to Spider Creek is to begin soon. Crews will replace the aging culvert with a new concrete structure. There will be one-way traffic controlled by traffic signals during this time. Work is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
