Cape Air to begin flights to White Plains

Quoted from the Adirondack Daily Enterprise: Beginning March 1, 2018, passengers boarding planes at the Adirondack Regional Airport will be able to disembark in White Plains. Their tickets will include shuttle service to Midtown Manhattan.

Santa Clara has new fire substation

The new Santa Clara fire substation is a branch of the Tupper Lake Volunteer Fire Department. Once members are trained, they hope to have a 6 to 10 minute response time. APA gives Tupper Lake Resort two permits

From the Adirondack Daily Enterprise: Adirondack Club and Resort developers received their first two permits from the state Adirondack Park Agency on Sept. 29, allowing them to close on sales of luxury housing lots and begin construction of a road connecting the lots to Lake Simond Road in Tupper Lake.
